Just a little quickie

Hey Knitting peeps! Sorry I've been MIA for a bit but my job gets pretty busy around this time so hopefully I'll be blogging on the regular soon.

I just wanted to show off real quick (don't front like ya'll don't like to show off every now and then).

I finished a sock, YAY! Not just any sock. It's a Fuego Sock!

Designed by none other than the very crafty Soapy Knitter. I only knit one but I'll prolly cast on for the other one some time next week. I don't have time to go through a formal review but in the words of Wendy Williams this sock is on Fiiiiiiiiaaaaaaaa! It only took me a little over a week to finish and if I didn't have other impending obligations I prolly would have finished it sooner. I knit it in Koigu and I'll disclose all the details next post. Gotta go, see ya when I see ya!

P.S. Hope you all had a wonderful Valentines day. Me and my Boo didn't celebrate it this year because we like to think that every day is Valentines day (awwww, Sappy aint it)

The sock is so beautiful. I only made i sock before, and didn't even finish the second side. But, this makes me want to knit socks again. Where did you get the pattern?

As for the Valentines Day comment... I too believe that each day is Valentines Day. Every day is special when you are with your loved one. The two of you look very cute together. That is a gorgeous pic.

Okay... so excuse my comment about where did you get the sock pattern.... Duh!!! You made a link to it. I am sorry. I am a hopeless romantic, and I got so sappy seeing the happy couple that I lost all sense for a minute. Anyways.... back to knitting.

Y'all look great together; and every day should be Valentine's Day. Mr. K and I don't celebrate either.

Where were y'all for the pic?
